Level 3 Apprentice

Data & Exams Assistant Apprentice

Apprentice Salary:  £7,468.15 per annum (Actual)
37 hours per week, Term Time plus two weeks
Fixed term contract

 

Moseley Park is a secondary school within the Central Learning Partnership Trust (CLPT). We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who likes a busy varied job role

The role will involve supporting the Deputy Headteacher with the administration of all internal and external exams, data management system, tracking and reporting systems.

Applicants must have:

  • 5 GCSEs (grade 4/5) including English and Maths are essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and motivated to work on own initiative
  • Good time management skills and a flexible approach

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • To support the operation of a comprehensive data management service to the school. Support the School Leadership Team, Leaders of Learning, Teachers, and Associate staff in all aspects of school data management through setting up and maintaining various rigorous data analysis, tracking and reporting systems.
  • Support with external exam entries (GCSE, Vocational and A level) and submit timely and accurate returns to exam boards
