Development Post for Data and Management Information Systems Assistant

Development post is for one year in the first instance
NJC Scale 4, Term Time Only (£18870.00 pro rata)

The Data Administration Assistant will work directly to the Head of School.  The key responsibility is for the accurate administration of all aspects of data analysis, including: 

  • Checking and chasing the collection of data from staff into G4S. 
  • Preparation of Student Reports 
  • Support with assessment and tracking systems 
  • Support with ensuring School returns are accurate and timely 
  • Providing timely data and data analysis to Learning Leaders and support re the completion of reports 
  • Collation of Data Analysis reports 
  • Support the Head of School with the organisation and implementation of student/staff meetings 
  • Prepare external letters to stakeholders 
  • Checking the school website to ensure all aspects are up to date 
  • To ensure files are stored accurately and kept up to date 
  • Any other administration as required by the Head of School 

Skills and experience you will need

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Excellent ICT and administrative skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure
