World Mental Health Day 2022
Moseley Park students celebrated World Mental Health day by raising over £200 for Mental Health Charities such as Young Minds. Sixth Form students organised a bake sale to raise funds to make hampers for the less fortunate, which is part of their enrichment projects. Students have been given advice about the 5 R’s of Well-Being – Recognise, Relationships, Resilience, Regulation, Reflection, and engaged in “Brain Breaks” which involves a little physical activity and has a positive, long-lasting effect on their mental health.
