Speaker Spotlight Programme – A Successful Second Term 

The second term of our Speaker Spotlight programme has been a tremendous success, offering pupils valuable insights into the world of work and the many pathways open to them. We are incredibly grateful to all the volunteers who generously gave their time to speak with our students and share their career journeys. 

This term, pupils had the opportunity to hear from professionals across a wide range of sectors, including: 

• Automotive careers 
• NHS 
• Canal and River Trust 
• Department for Work and Pensions 
• HMRC 
• Staffordshire University 
• Sandwell College 
• Bank of England
• Transport West Midlands

Each speaker brought a unique perspective, helping our young people broaden their horizons, raise their aspirations, and better understand the skills and qualifications needed for future success.
