Moseley Park Students Get Set for an Exciting Culture Day
Students at Moseley Park are looking forward to a fantastic Culture Day packed with a wide range of activities designed to celebrate diversity, heritage, and traditions from around the world.
Throughout the day, students will have the opportunity to explore Scandinavian culture, learning about Viking boats, their way of life, and the lasting impact of Viking history. A variety of cultural sports, arts activities, board games, and fun pub-style quizzes will also be on offer, helping students discover different customs and traditions in an engaging and interactive way.
One of the highlights of the day will be the chance for students to research and celebrate the origins of their own heritage. Flags representing countries and cultures from across the globe will be proudly displayed around the school, creating a vibrant atmosphere that reflects the diversity of the Moseley Park community.
Food will also play a major part in the celebrations, with a menu featuring traditional British fish and chips, loaded nachos, and a delicious halal chicken curry for students to enjoy.
Culture Day has been shaped by the hard work and dedication of the Student Council, who have listened carefully to the voices of students and helped create an event that reflects what young people want to see, learn about, and experience.
With so much on offer, Culture Day promises to be an enjoyable, educational, and memorable experience for all students at Moseley Park.
