It’s All Write As Group Celebrates Creative Year
It was smiles all round as young writers from across the school marked the end of a successful and creative year.
The talented youngsters are all members of the Creative Writing Group, which meets each week to share ideas, hints and tips for better prose.
This year the budding wordsmiths have tackled life writing, short stories, poetry, memes and more.
Miss Shinton, who runs the group, said: “The group have become great friends and it’s a really supportive environment for everyone. And of course, two of the writers were given the opportunity to be published this year too – winning a poetry for young writers competition.”
