Mental Health Awareness Week
This week is mental health awareness week and the theme this year is #kindness and the power that kindness can have on others.
We know that it’s hard being away from your friends and teachers at the moment, but we can all still show kindness in lots of ways. Have a look at the activity sheet or the kindness calendar below for some ideas on how you can show kindness this week, and every week. Hopefully you are all taking part in the Clap of key workers on Thursday’s each week, which is at least one way to show kindness!
Please remember to take care of yourself through this difficult time. Take regular breaks from school work and enjoy time with your family as well as doing your school work. Please continue to ask your teachers for any support you need with any work.
