Central Sixth is the joint sixth form operating between Heath Park, Moseley Park and Coppice.

We are delighted that you are looking to apply for a place in our Sixth Form.

Please complete the relevant form below.

Students who are currently studying at either Heath Park, Moseley Park or Coppice should complete the internal form. All other students should complete the external form.

*Deadlines for applications are Monday 9th December 2024 for Internal Applications and Friday 10th January 2025 for External Applications.
