Sweet Success As Coffee And Cake Brings Charity Cash
Students proved they had the perfect blend of baking skills and sweet salesmanship as they raised more than £600 for cancer care.
Moseley Park played host to its annual Macmillan Coffee Morning last week, raising an impressive £602.55 for the charity.
Miss Jones, who organised the event, said she was absolutely delighted. “It was fantastic to see students, staff and parents enjoying cake and a cuppa together whilst raising money for charity. I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Neve Francis, in Year 10, who raised a whopping £60 all on her own – through her cakes and a personal donation of £30 to the charity.”
