Year 9 Pupils Explore Science at SciFest, University of Wolverhampton
Our Year 9 pupils recently enjoyed an exciting and engaging visit to SciFest at the University of Wolverhampton. The event offered a fantastic opportunity for hands-on learning across a wide range of scientific disciplines.
Students took part in a variety of interactive sessions, including Biomimicry workshops where they handled snakes and cockroaches, explored the science behind ghost hunting myths, and tackled challenges in a cyber escape room. They also had the chance to explore multiple STEM-related careers, gaining insight into future pathways in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
It was a brilliant day filled with curiosity, discovery, and inspiration—one that has left many of our students excited about the possibilities science holds for their futures.
